I use this floor buffer at anytime when I do not want to get on my hands and knees to scrub, sand or buff a floor by hand. I got mine at a bargain and couldn't be happier with it. When I pass away maybe I will leave it to someone worthwhile, maybe not.

2400sf stained cement floor in den. Heavy traffic-spills-etc. This makes cleaning quick and I can rebuff quickly with the terry cloth.

This unit was better than expected. I purchased it to be used at my home on some fairly large floors. I've stripped wax, polished tile and buffed wax floors with this so far. It works very well. I can see this being used professionaly in bathrooms or smaller area's were a larger buffer just wouldn't fit. I used this buffer 5 hours straight right out of the box. I stopped every so often to feel the motor for heat, it never got more than a little warm. Solid construction and change over of components is a snap. It's small enough to fit in the back of your car but heavy duty enough to really get the job done. Would I recommend this unit?....sure would.

My entire house is ceramic tile except for carpeting in the bedrooms. I bought it to try and make my tile look better. I have tried steam cleaners and every other product out there, to no avail. I finally paid $600 to have my floors professionally cleaned. I noticed that that used the Oreck buffer to clean and buff my tile and grout. It came out like the day it was installed. So I bought one myself and now my floors always look great. I also cleaned my bedroom carpets and they also came out sensational. Would highly recommend it to anyone.
